Named in honor of Dr. Jade Guerra, a pioneering advocate for chronic disease awareness, this annual scholarship is a beacon of hope for students who have faced the challenges of chronic illnesses, either as patients themselves or as caregivers to loved ones.
Eligibility
Criteria
The Dr. Jade Guerra Chronic Disease Recovery Award is open to students who meet the following criteria:

High school seniors, college undergraduate students, and graduate students currently enrolled or accepted to an accredited institution of higher learning in the USA

Minimum 2.5 GPA weighted

Open to all majors

International students are welcomed and encouraged to apply

Have been impacted by chronic illness either directly or indirectly
